How the e-Voucher works

The PAKi e-Voucher is the electronic equivalent of the pallet note. A unique electronic code is linked to the e-Voucher so that every transaction can be clearly traced. The real-time credit note makes print-outs, transfers and processing of pallet notes redundant, which speeds up settlement on the ramp by at least 10 minutes. The paperless transfer also makes losing pallet notes a thing of the past.
Eight steps to pallet exchange with the PAKi e-Voucher
Before you can issue or redeem digital pallet notes or transfer them to third parties, you first have to open an account with PAKi Logistics. If a transport company then delivers goods to your warehouse, they can ask about the PAKi e-Voucher and the voucher will be issued there and then via the online tool. The quantity of the Euro pallets left at the warehouse will be immediately credited to the transport company. Pallets in the desired quality can be ordered from the pallet credit immediately and at any time as needed.
More flexibility for retail companies
If pallets do not need to be exchanged directly, you can save valuable time when receiving goods and on the empty container ramp. Processes become significantly leaner and quicker, backlogs and space shortages are prevented, and the tedious work of managing pallet accounts by hand is greatly simplified. The PAKi e-Voucher saves retail companies major expenditures for personnel and material and offers maximum transparency in terms of pallet liabilities around the clock.
More efficiency for transport companies
Transport companies benefit from the PAKi e-Voucher because it eliminates long waiting times on the ramp and frees up loading space immediately. Thanks to the PAKi e-Voucher’s unique codes, transport companies can simply credit the number of pallets they hand over to their own PAKi e-Voucher account in real-time. Complicated shipping and manual processing of vouchers are eliminated, reducing administrative work by around 50%. Pallet credit can be redeemed at any time. Furthermore, PAKi e-Vouchers can also be transferred to third parties, such as the original shipper.
